Beverly Hills Palace

This beautiful villa is located in Beverly Hills with a spectacular view !

Beverly Hills, CA 90210

Located in an area of Beverly Hills called “The Flats,” just south of Sunset Boulevard, this luxurious seven-bedroom is the perfect home base for exploring Los Angeles’ overwhelming number of attractions. With vibrant city life, some of the World’s most famous beach communities, and California’s incredibly dynamic natural landscape all outside your front door, you’re sure to fall in love with Los Angeles on your next Living The Dream vacation.

The perfect Villa's interior is luxury, spacious and functional, with openings to the terrace that link the indoor and outdoor areas seamlessly. At dinner, there’s a formal dining area with seating for ten. After, the gas fireplace, Sonos sound system, and a wet bar set the perfect tone for an elegant evening with family and friends.

This Villa features total accommodations for fourteen with five of its en-suite bedrooms in the main house, and a casita with a king bed, en-suite, and kitchenette, perfect for guests who desire a little more privacy. Other features inside include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and cable television. On the terrace, you and your guests will love the social atmosphere around the swimming pool and hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and furnished lounge areas.

When it’s time to head for the beach, you’ll have plenty of options, and they’re all within about twenty miles. The closest is Santa Monica Pier. If you’re looking for a vibrant and popular beachfront party, Santa Monica Pier is the best bet. If you’d like something a little more laid back, Venice Beach, although still quite popular, is usually a little more relaxing. And, if you’re looking for a secluded spot to work on your tan, the stretch of coast around Malibu Beach has numerous access points and is usually less busy. While you’re exploring Los Angeles, you won’t have to travel further than ten-miles to visit Rodeo Drive, The Grove, Universal Studios, the Griffith Observatory, and so much more.
