Upon booking, if the check-in date is more than 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the booking amount shall be due at booking, and the remaining balance shall be due 60 days before check-in.

If the reservation is less than 60 days prior to check-in, the full balance shall be due at the time of booking.

Please note that failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the forfeiture of any payments made up to that point.

If the guest cancels after the grace period has expired, 50% of the booking amount shall be refunded until 60 days before check-in. For cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in, no grace period shall apply, and no refund shall be issued.
