Living The Dream master leases high-end single family homes for a minimum of 3 to 10+ years in premium locations. The length of the master lease depends on the extensive remodeling, with owner’s approval, that your property needs at our cost. As a licensed brokerage, alongside our in-house remodeling, interior design and maintenance team, Living The Dream provides peace of mind to homeowners.
Living the Dream is the leaseholder, acting as tenant to then sublease the property to Living The Dream’s clientele.
Regardless if the house is leased or vacant, we pay rent every 1st of each month.
Upon home assessment, if your property needs remodeling with owner’s approval, our fully licensed insured and bonded construction team will begin the remodeling.
Our average remodeling cost and vision varies between $150,000 to $500,000+ compared to a general contractor charging at least 2 to 3 times that amount.
Living The Dream provides $1M+ liability insurance via Lloyd's of London, including the homeowner as additional insured.
Subtenants also secure $1M+ renter's liability insurance, naming Living The Dream and homeowners, ensuring comprehensive protection.
Living The Dream operates on a master lease model, which means we rent your property and become your tenant. Even if the property is not occupied by our clientele or remains vacant, we ensure that you, the homeowner, receive consistent rent payments every 1st of the month.
If a property needs remodeling, Living The Dream will remodel said property at our cost, providing upgrades that enhance the property's appeal and value, including modernizing key areas like kitchens and bathrooms, at no cost to the homeowner. In exchange for these improvements and the benefits of hassle-free landlord experience, we require a tenant improvement period (rent abatement) of 3+ months at the lease's start, varying with the remodeling's extent. Importantly, our upgrades do not involve expanding the property's square footage or altering its layout.
Traditional property management companies do not guarantee rent, typically charge a 20-25% fee from the property's gross income, and leave homeowners responsible for maintenance and its costs, often at a premium for these services.
With Living The Dream, homeowners enjoy guaranteed rent for years without any vacancy or turnover concerns, are relieved from the burden of maintenance issues, and benefit from our remodeling work, enhancing their property's value, equity boost and appeal.
During the lease period, Living The Dream will be responsible for and cover most of the maintenance, including pool services, garden services, day-to-day maintenance, and utilities, with the exception of major issues such as roofing, HVAC, foundation, and significant plumbing/sewer problems.

Living The Dream maintains a waiting list of over 60 families, primarily serving those in need of temporary relocation covered by the insurance for individuals undergoing home repairs, professional athletes, out-of-state professionals, and international clientele seeking summer accommodations. We provide properties for stays of at least one month, ensuring a respectful and reliable tenant base through screening, including background checks and a questionnaire. Our policy strictly prohibits events or parties.

Living The Dream secures a minimum $1M+ liability insurance from Lloyd's of London, adding homeowners as additional insured. Homeowners shall retain their primary dwelling policy, while subtenants must also, prior to move-in, obtain $1M renter's insurance, and include Living The Dream and homeowners as additional insured.
